Account Questions

What are active members and inactive members?
Active members have confirmed their email address and are members
of the program. Pending members have signed up, but haven't responded to
the initial email yet. They are not members of the program and cannot earn
any money until they activate their account.

Am I allowed to have more than one account?
We allow one account per individual. There may be more than one account per
household, however each person registering an account must have a separate
computer and separate ISP to participate in our program.

How can I log into my account?
Log in at http://www.cashvisits.com

How can I cancel my account?
Log in to your account and click the "Cancel Account" button on the bottom
of your earnings page.

How can I change my personal information?
Log in to your account and click the "Change Information" button on the
bottom of your earnings page.
You will be able to edit any of your information except your name.


I have Web-TV, can I join too?
Yes, though most programs will not allow WEB-TV users to join their program,
we welcome WEB-TV users. Our efficient tracking method allows WEB-TV users
full earning privledges.

Earnings Questions

How much do I earn by logging into my account and visiting websites?
Each advertiser pays a different amount per unique visit. These amounts
change frequently so we cannot give an exact amount for each visit, however
we do give you 50% of the amount we earn.

I am clicking on the banners but I don't seem to be earning any money?
To receive proper crediting please make sure you follow these guidelines:
You must log into your account.
You must click on the banners listed in the table on the banner clicking
pages #1, #2, etc...
You may not open the link into a new window.
You may not use the same computer/IP address/ISP to receive credit from more
than 1 Cash Visits account.
You must allow the small pop-up tracking box to open and close on its own.
You must allow the advertiser website to fully load.

When can I request payment?
You may request payment after you have earned $50.

How can I request payment?
After you have earned $50 in your account a "Request Payment" button will
automatically appear on your earnings page. Press the button and your
request will automatically be sent to our account department.

When am I paid?
After your payment request is made and your account is in good-standing we
will issue payment to you within 60 days of the end of the month you have
requested payment.

How am I paid?
You will be paid with a company check to the address listed as your contact
address.

I have earned points, what are they for?
Points are earned by signing up for special offers through Cash Visits
links and sending a confirmation email to us verifying your activated
signup. We award points per verified signups. These points can be redeemed for a free advertisement in our emails.

How many points do I need for a free email ad?
500 points.

Referral Questions
How can I refer other members?
You may place a link with your referral url to Cash Visits on your
website. You may add your referral url to your email signature. You can
give out flyers or advertise in any way you wish except for Spamming.

What is my referral link?
Your personal referral link can be found on your earnings page.

What can I earn through referrals?
You will earn 10% of the clickthru earnings your direct referrals earn.
